(Beverage) Drinking an unknown sweet drink or a glass of a cold and fresh
water in a dream means guidance, knowledge, having good taste, and the
diligence of the people of the path. Drinking a glass of cold sweet water in the
early morning in a dream means lawful earnings and profits for everyone, except
for someone who is used to drinking hot boiled water which means sickness,
stress, depression and a scare from evil spirits. Any yellow colored drink in a
dream means sickness. Drinking an infusion of a violet flower in a dream means
recovering from an illness, or avoiding certain food in one’s diet. If one is
unwillingly drinking a bitter medicinal syrup in a dream, it means that he might
suffer a light illness. If he drinks apple juice or honey or myrtle drink or any
other delicious drink in a dream, it means happiness for a rich person and bad
news for a poor person. Drinking a glass of apple juice in a dream means benefits
drawn from a servant or an employee, a service offered by a powerful person,
or it could mean a stressful life. If one drinks something to cure an illness in a
dream, it means recovering from that illness if it exists. Otherwise, it means
that he might suffer from such an illness and take such a drink as a cure. Any
constipating drink in a dream means stinginess, while taking a laxative in a
dream means generosity. A headache reliever or a pain killer means kindness
or diplomacy and the same goes for any drink that cleanses the kidney. Beside
that, drinks denote architecture, religious studies, addressing matters promptly
or hiding secrets. Colorful drinks in a dream represent happiness, joy, festivi¬
ties, celebrations and correcting one’s behavior. Fruit drinks in a dream may
denote the fruit itself. Drinking rose water in a dream means lack of trust in
someone’s promises. Drinking an unknown but fragrant drink in a dream means
strengthening one’s certitude, loyalty or fulfilling one’s vow. Drinking a smelly
or a spoiled drink and particularly in a golden cup or a silver cup in a dream
means denying the true source of favors or becoming an apostate. If one sees a

guidance or admonition and it could mean that the deceased person dwells in

year, or it could mean loss of devotion and lack of piety. If a warrior finds himself
sick in a dream, it means that he will be wounded. If one sees his wife sick in
a dream, it means that she is negligent of her religious obligations. If a sick
person sees himself riding an ox, or a swine in a dream, it means his death. A
feverish illness in a dream means pressure caused by a ruler. Feeling sick, or
feeling down with an undiagnosed illness in a dream means spending money,
or wasting it in ways other than on God’s path. In a dream, illness mostly
denotes religious disobedience and religious disdain. If one’s sick child recovers
from an illness in a dream, it means his death. If one sees the entire city
suffering from an illness in a dream, it means a war, or a siege. If one sees
himself ill in a dream, it also means victory over his enemy and enjoying a happy
life. Otherwise, seeing anyone suffering from an illness in a dream means lack
of work, and for a rich person it means becoming needy. If a business traveller
sees himself ill and desiring something in his dream, it means that his business
deal will not fall through, for physicians mostly do not grant their patients their
wishes. If a bedridden person sees himself freeing a slave from bondage in a
dream, it means his death, for a dead person has no property. Seeing a friend
sick in a dream means that one will suffer from the same illness. Illness in a
dream also signifies spending money, repentance, prayers, supplications, im¬
ploring, while falling in love in a dream means a sickness. Seeing two of one’s
children sick in a dream means that one may suffer from trachoma or ophthalmia,
for one’s eyes in a dream represent his children. Illness in a dream means that
one has lost something to his adversary. Seeing one’s father ill in a dream means
having a migraine headache, for one’s father in a dreams also represents his
head. An illness in a dream also signifies falsehood and corruption. If one sees
himself suffering from a terminal illness in a dream, it means that his sins will
be forgiven, and he will die with God Almighty pleased with him. An illness in
a dream also signifies a calamity, distress, fear of something, desiring something,
or trouble. The illnessofa woman in adream represents her stepdaughters from
her husband. Man’s sickness in a dream also could signify abstaining from
sexual course with his wife during her menstrual period. The illness of scholars
means weakness in their religious adherence. The sickness of a ruler means

(Elevation) In a dream, a hill represents a powerful and a dangerous person.
Any construction surrounding such a hill represents one’s wealth. If one sees a
flat land adjacent to a discarded high ground or a hill in a dream, such a hill
represents a rich man whose wealth compares to the size of the surrounding
property. A valley of green pasture surrounding a hill in the dream represents
his strength, justice in method of dealing with others, or it could mean religious
devotion. Following that line of thoughts, it also means rising in rank at the
hand of a powerful person. Crossing hills in a dream means escaping from
danger. Standing on top of a hill in a dream means presiding over a religious
person. Descending a hill or an elevation in a dream represents losses, migraine
headache, or humiliation. Imprisonment on the top of a hill in a dream means
a high rankingjob. If the elevation is made of trash in a dream, it means worldly

Digging
(Excavate) Digging the earth in a dream means profits equal to the
measure of earth one piles-up if the dirt is dry. However, if the ground is wet
in the dream, it means deceiving someone else in a business venture, whereby,
he gains nothing from it but headache and exhaustion equal to the amount of
earth he piles-up. The digger’s plot also may backfire. If a sick person or if
someone in his household who is sick sees himself digging the earth in a dream,
it could mean digging a grave. If a business traveller sees himself digging the
earth, it represents his travels and the dirt he gathers represent his profits.
Digging a hole, a water well or irrigations and planing to water the plants
through them in a dream means looking for a job to earn one’s livelihood and
to bring its benefits to his family. Eating from the dirt one digs in his dream,
means profits earned from deception. Finding oneself inside a hole in a dream
means that one may divorce his wife. If one sees himself outside a hole, looking
at it in a dream, it means an argument with her which will end in reconciliation.
If a sick person sees himself coming out of a hole in a dream, it means recovering
from illness or being set free from prison. If one sees himself digging the earth
in a dream, it also means muddling in falsehood to earn nothing but wrath.
Digging a cavity through a mountain in a dream represents a person who
associates himself with a difficult but a beneficial person. Digging a well in a
dream also represents a crafty and an artful deceiver. A person digging the

Roasted meat
(Grilled meat; Restaurant) To buy roasted or grilled meat from a
restaurant in a dream means enrolling one’s children in a school and entrusting
them to a good teacher to educate them and properly train them. The owner of
such a restaurant represents an educator, a trainer or a shaikh. Buying from
him in a dream also means hiring a worker who is trained at the hands of an
experienced master. If one sees himself roasting or grilling meat in a dream, it
means that he may become a tax collector, a physician, a jailer, a torturer, a
thief, or a murderer. Seeing someone roasting meat on fire in a dream may
denote a wedding, a picnic, or celebrating the birth of a new child. If the meat
is well-cooked in a dream, it means good news. Otherwise, if the meat is still
uncooked in the dream, it means a headache and stress caused by one’s son.
Roasting a whole sheep in a dream means money. Eating the meat of a roasted
sheep in a dream means money earned through one’s son. Roasting a calf in a
dream means appeasement of one’s fears, or news about one’s wife giving birth
to a son, or it could mean standing in court before a judge. Eating anything that
is touched by fire in a dream means profits. If one sees a roasted leg of sheep
talking to him in a dream, it means that he will escape from an accident, a
danger, or gain a strong foothold, or become well established in this world. A
broiled rib in a dream represents a woman, for Eve was created from Adam’s rib.
The chest represents plants and servants. The belly represents the children. A
roasted leg in a dream represents woman’s earnings that her husband regularly
swindles from her. If it is uncooked, then it means slander or backbiting. Eating
roasted or boiled meat in a dream also could mean hard earned money, fears,
sorrows, pain and sufferings, an illness, or persecution. Broiling a female sheep,
or a ewe in a dream represents an illness that may befall one’s mother, wife or
a relative. Broiling meat in a dream also means strength, marriage, health,
wealth, the arrival of a traveller, love, unity, spying, telling on others, losing all
benefits, squandering money, severing one’s relationship with his family,

marriage. The millstone in a dream represents a wife and a husband. The flour
that issues from between the two grinding stones represents sperms or children.
A mill in a dream also means distress and adversities, uptightness, headache,
a rivulet, or a windmill. If one sees a mill grinding human beings in a dream,
it means loss of lives and adversities. If one sees a mill grinding something that
is not edible in a dream, it means drought and rising prices. If the amount of
flour coming from the mill is plentiful in the dream, it means lowering of prices,
or recovering from an illness. Grinding lupine seeds, henna seeds, potash,
saltwort, salsola kali, jojobe seeds or any seeds from the marsh mallow tree in

represents pestilence or a plague. If one sees himself struck by such a disease
causing him to itch though no puss or malignant festering runs from his sores
in the dream, it means that his troubles and adversities are caused by his own
progeny or relatives. If one’s body is afflicted with mangy in a dream, it means
that his troubles will come from his friends or from his working environment.
If it strikes at his right hand or his cheek in a dream, then his adversities will
come from his clan. If it strikes at his left hand, then his troubles will come from
his business partner or brother. If his illness forms puss in the dream, it means
hard earned money that will also cause headache. Such a disease means money
for a poor person and it could mean leadership for a rich person. Following this
trail of thinking, mangy or any skin disease in a dream signify less harm
compared to other diseases. If an employees experiences such skin disorder in
a dream, it means that he does not qualify to work in that company. If it is one’s
son in the dream, it means that he will disobey his father concerning an
undesired friendship. If it is one’s wife in the dream, it means that she is engaged
in something awful that will bring shame to the entire family.

Sheep
A herd of sheep in a dream represents a good flock, obedient subjects, or
good citizens. Sheep in a dream also signify joy, happiness, festivities, a wife,
children, a farmland, properties, prosperity or wealth, and particularly when
one pays the due alms tax on his money making ventures and liquid assets.
Owning a herd of sheep in a dream represents a growing wealth. Passing by a
herd of sheep in a dream means passing a gathering of men who have no brain.
If a herd of sheep faces someone in a dream, they represent a group of people
who will welcome him with a fight which one will eventually win. Receiving a
herd of sheep as a gift in a dream means a political appointment, knighthood,
knowledge, the seat of justice, or a blessing in one’s life. Shearing off the wool
of a sheep in a dream is a warning that one should remain aloof for three days.
Both the white sheep and the black sheep in a dream mean profit, though the
benefits one draws from a white sheep are greater. Seeing a herd of sheep in a
dream means continuous happiness. Walking by a slaughter house or a tripe
shop and witnessing the heads and trotters of sheep in a dream mean longevity.
To find oneself transformed into a sheep in a dream means a booty or winning
something. Seeing a sheep in one’s dream also represents an obedient son. If
one’s wife is pregnant, and if he is presented with a sheep as a gift in a dream,
it means that she will deliver a boy. Otherwise, the remaining little domesti¬
cated animals represent headache, because of the responsibility involved in
caring for and in upbringing the boys, except for the girls, for they represent
worldly success and profits. If one sees himself slaughtering a sheep in a dream,
it means that one of his boys will shortly die, or perhaps it could be the son of
someone he knows. A sheep trader in a dream represents a good man who is
intuitive and who spends his money on the path of seeking knowledge, or to
propagate the same. If one sees himself having a fat tail like that of a sheep in
a dream, it means that his livelihood will depend on the revenues of his

that he will investigate the conditions of his relatives and suffer from their state.
If one’s itching seems to last with no solution in sight in the dream, it means

strength, sternness, relentlessness, health condition, or physical fitness. Seeing
string instruments in a dream also means gaining some understanding about
human nature, or the physiology of the human being, or they could represent
medicine or astronomy. If a bachelor sees string instruments in his dream, it
may mean that he will get married. If a wife sees herself playing a string
instrument in her dream, it means that she will put a child in her lap. If one sees
himself playing a string instrument in front of the governor’s house in a dream,
it means that he will preside over people should he qualify. Otherwise, it could
mean that he will piece together or fabricate a story. Seeing a lute or a guitar
in a dream denotes no harm if one sees them or intends to hold them, except if
one hears their music. Playing or hearing a string instrument in a dream
represents lies. Playing them in one’s house in a dream represent a calamity
that will befall that family. It is also said that playing such an instrument in
a dream also means winning fame and presiding over others, though it could also
denote distress for the player. If a string of such an instrument breaks in a
dream, it means relaxation and relief from stress. A broken string of a lute or
a guitar or similar instrument in a dream represents a precious property that
causes its owner a headache. Every time he remembers it, he suffers from

Shaving one’s hair in a dream relates to one’s personal customs. If he
is used to have short hair and sees himself shavinghis head in a dream, it means
that he will pay a fine as an atonement. If he sees his head shaved in the
summertime, and if he is used to doing so, it means benefits, comfort, or
recovering from a migraine headache. If one sees his hair shaved during the
winter in a dream, it means difficulties, adversities, penalties, or a sickness.
Shaving one’s head in a dream also means paying one’s dues, appeasement of
one’s fears, and success in one’s life. Shortening one’s hair in a dream also means
appeasing his fears. If one is suffering from depression and he sees his head
shaved in a dream, it means an end to his trouble, or payment of his debts. It
also means abasement, disgrace, deception, or death. If a soldier sees his head
shaved in a dream, it means that he will lose his strength and esteem. If one sees
himself chipping his hair in bits in a dream, it means that he will lose people’s
respect. Shaving one’s head in a dream for someone who does not usually shave
it also may mean an affliction or an illness. If a woman sees her head shaved
in a dream, it means divorce, or the death of her husband. If she sees her hair
sheared in a dream, it means confinement to her house. If she sees her husband
giving her a beautiful haircut and talking to her affectionately in a dream, it
means spiritual growth, delivering a trust, or paying one’s debts. Trimming
women’s hair in a dream means inability to conceive children. Cutting one’s hair
in a dream means losing one’s strength. Shaving half of one’s beard in a dream
means losing one’s source of income and dignity. Plucking out one’s facial hair
in a dream is worst than shaving it, and particularly when hair louses up one’s
face or attractiveness. Nevertheless, plucking out one’s facial hair in a dream
also could depict amelioration of one’s condition or look. Shaving one’s backside
or abdomen in a dream means paying one’s debts. Shaving, clipping, or adjusting
one’s moustache in a dream means lighteningone’s burdens, though it also could
represent a mishap. If a rich person sees himself shaving his pubic hair or using
a depilatory agent for that purpose in a dream, it means the loss of his wealth,
or it could mean that he has overpaid for a property he has just purchased. If
a poor person sees that, it means that he will become financially solvent. If one
sees himself shaving it with a razor blade, it represents benefits from one’s
