Tayammum
(arb.) Performing one’s ritual ablution but without water in a dream
means the nearing solutions of one’s problems. Tayammum is usually performed
instead of the regular ablution in the absence of water, or because of a
preventing illness, etcetera. However, observing the religious rites and substance
of the act remains solemn. Tayammum in a dream also may mean a journey, or
an illness. If the act is performed with a dry surface such as wood, stone, dry
sand, earth, or a substance that does not stick to the skin in a dream, it means
that one’s travel plans may be infeasible, or it could mean that he will become
cheep, or pursue his evil desires. To perform tayammum while water is
accessible in a dream means falsehood and hypocrisy. It also means hoping for
forgiveness while adamantly pursuing the avenues of wrongdoing, giving
preference to one’s interests in the world over his lasting benefits in the
hereafter, preferring masturbation over lawful sexual intercourse, or being a
hypocrite, and it could mean recovering from a terminal illness, or release from

Lane
(Avenue; City gates; Path; Road; Trail) Seeing a lane in a dream is like
seeing the city’s gates. If it is closed during the daylight time in the dream, it
means that an accident will take place inside the city or at the end of the lane,
and that such an accident will necessitate the closing of its gates, or the blocking
of the lane. A lane in a dream also represents a servant or cohabitation.
Whatever shape the lane takes in one’s dream, one will see the same in
wakefulness. Following that trail of thinking, walking a lane in a dream means
suffering the wrong treatment of a merchant, a person in authority or a
craftsperson. An open road in a dream means that one may work for someone

divine law. Seeing many roads in a dream denotes deviation from God’s path,
or it could mean religious innovation. Walking on a side road, or yielding at a
fork in a dream means going astray. If a highway robber attacks someone in a
dream, it means that he will suffer from the loss of a friend. If one sees a ruler
strolling through a rugged road in a dream, it means that he will establish
justice and pave the way to righteousness and prosperity. A straight road in a
dream represents God’s path, or it could represent one’s true faith in God’s
revelations, or in following the practice of God’s Messenger, upon whom be
peace, or following the guidance of one’s teacher or shaikh. Walkingon a straight
path in a dream means repenting from one’s sins and finding guidance. Seeing
many roads in a dream means hesitancy, fluctuations in one’s faith, doubt,
heedlessness, or apostasy. A road in a dream also represents a craft, eternity,
the past, aging, continuity, the good example, or the bad example. A boat
following the correct sea lane in a dream means salvation. A road in a dream
also represents a woman, one’s livelihood, truth, or death. If a merchant sees
himself walking on a road in a dream, it means that he will find new avenues
to earn more money. A hidden road in a dream means pride, innovation and self-

Tablet

Preserved Tablet in a dream means unveiling one’s actions and thoughts, glad
tidings for someone suffering from adversities, recovering from an illness for an
ailing person, or falling into sin for people whose indulgence in abominable
action is a common way of life. As for godly and righteous people, seeing the
Preserved Tablet in a dream means guidance relating to what God Almighty
has written of commands and prohibitions. As for niggardly people, seeing the
Preserved Tablet in a dream means acquaintance with one’s written shares and
certainty about one’s limitations and his life in this world. Seeing it also means
preserving knowledge, cataloging references, or saving money for one’s family
and heirs. It also represents a guardian for one’s properties, treasurer, the
keeper of one’s secrets, or a controller. Seeing the Preserved Tablet in a dream
also could denote enjoying peace after experiencing fear. If a ruler sees the
Preserved Tablet in a dream, it means that his sovereignty will expand, or it
could mean that he will discover a great treasure. As for the tablets that were
revealed to God’s prophet Moses, upon whom be peace, seeing them in a dream represents witnesses,
spiritual guides, guidance or admonition. A wooden blackboard in a dream represents one’s wife,
child, farmland, or finding peace after suffering from fear,
or it could mean knowledge if one is a seeker of such avenues. In general,
all boards in a dream represent admonition or prohibition
of sin. Receiving a writing tablet from an Imam in a dream means an appointment
to leadership, knowledge, understanding, or becoming an Imam, except if what
is written on the blackboard in the dream implies admonition to do good, then
the tablet means guidance and mercy. If the blackboard is made of iron in the
dream, it means that one will beget a son who will become a great scholar and
a strongman. A polished board in a dream means that one’s son will become a
man of courage who accomplishes what he intends, acquires what he wants, and
who will rarely be defeated. If the blackboard is corroded in the dream, it means
that one’s son will have no dynasty. If the blackboard is made of stone in the
dream, it means that his heart will be like a rock. If the blackboard is made of
copper in the dream, it means that one’s son will grow to be a hypocrite. If it is
made of lead in the dream, it means that one’s son will be an effeminate person.
A tablet in a dream also denotes a woman and the writing on it represent her
children, or it could represent an intelligent and a good natured boy who accepts
what he learns from his teacher. Receiving a blackboard from someone in
authority in a dream means gaining power. If a pregnant woman sees a
blackboard in a dream, it means that she will beget a son.

(Planet; Woman) In a dream, the planet Venus represents a beautiful
woman. Seeing the planet Venus in a dream means getting married to an
attractive and a beautiful woman of no kinship to him, though her beauty will
lead many people into temptation. The planet Venus in a dream also could mean
allegations, playfulness, complaisance, jokes, images, idolatry, jewelry, nudity,
pictures of beautiful women, or it could mean beautiful clothing. Seeing the
planet Venus in a dream also means allegations, accusations, or that one may
pursue any of the aforementioned elements, or he may establish a friendship
with someone who follows such avenues, or perhaps he may marry an attractive
and a beautiful woman, a foreign woman, or a famous singer. If one sees the
planet Venus mixing with the moon, or if its position is lower than the moon,
or if it is burning in the dream, then Venus represents one’s daughter, or it could

a dream, it means that he does not spend his money on sickness. If it is an
abnormal discharge of liquid matters from one’s bowels in the dream, it means
that he will squander most of his money. If one uses a lavatory near a known
ablution area in the dream, it means that his spendings relate to his passion,
desires and wantonness. If the location is unknown in the dream, it means that
he unknowingly, but willingly spends his wealth in unlawful avenues, whereby
he will reap no reward or benefit from it. Discharging feces in the open and
covering it with dirt in a dream means burying money in a hole and covering it

An unknown elderly person in a dream represents one’s good luck,
happiness and one’s assiduity and diligence. If the unknown elderly person
looks strong in the dream, he represents one’s strength. Otherwise, if he looks
feeble, then he represents one’s weakness. Whatever physical conditions an
elderly person is seen with in the dream, such condition will reflect in one’s own
state. If an elderly person comes toward the person seeing the dream, it means
that someone will help him attain a praiseworthy rank. If one follows an elderly
person in a dream, it means that he follows a good path. If one sees an elderly
person and displeases him in the dream, it means that he will displease a close
friend or reject his advice. If he pleases him in the dream, it means that he will
consent with a close good friend and they will walk together on the path to reap
material as well as spiritual benefits. If one sees a gathering of friendly people
but could not determine whether they are young or elderly in a dream, it means
that he will discover new avenues in his life and he will draw material and
spiritual benefits from them. If he sees a gathering of young people he does not
recognize in the dream, it means that he will associate himself with rich people.
If he sees a gathering of elderly people he does not recognize in the dream, it
means that he will associate himself with good friends. If a woman sees an
elderly person she could not recognize in the dream, he represents the world.
If a young man sees himself turned into an elderly person in a dream, it means
that he will acquire knowledge and wisdom. Listening to a good looking elderly
person in a dream means receiving honor and rank. If an elderly person sees
himself turned young in a dream, it represents his strength, wealth, good living
and a healthy life, or it could mean material or religious losses, or it could mean
his death. If an elderly person sees himself beingborn again in a dream, it means
his death. If he is ill, it could represent his attachment to the world, and if he
is poor, it could denote his earning. If an elderly person sees himself as a youth
in a dream, it could also mean committing a childish act or an unwise act. A wise
elderly person in a dream represents honor, rank, dignity, wealth, blessings and

In a dream, eavesdropping means backbiting and lies. Perhaps
the one who is eavesdropping on others may become despised by the ruler or his
superior. On the other hand, if one sees himself in a dream inadvertently
listening to a conversation, and if the one seeing the dream is a merchant, it
means that he will resign from the leadership of his business, and if he is a ruler,
it means that he will be removed from his post. If one sees himself harkening
to another person in a dream, it means that he desires to defame him or expose
his pitfalls. If one sees himself listening to some talks of which he follows the
better avenues in the dream, it means that he will receive glad tidings. If one
sees himself listening to admonition but ignoring it in a dream, it means that
he lies as a habit.
