In a dream, a battlefield represents actions, accomplishments, activi¬
ties, fulfillments, success, victory, warning to children or training them to
become professional soldiers.

Conciliation
(Compromise; Peace; Reconciliation; Settlement) Making peace
with one’s adversary in a dream means disagreement in wakefulness. However,
reconciliation between two adversaries or friends in accordance with the
prescribed laws in a dream means unity, repentance from sin, guidance that
pleases God Almighty, blessings and profits. It also could mean an argument
with the person seen in the dream. If one sees himself making peace with an
adversary in a dream, it means that he will call upon a heedless person to walk
on God’s path. Making a settlement with an adversary over money in a dream
means profits for the lender. In a dream, signing a peace agreement between two
enemies in the battlefield means safety and prosperity, intending to get married, or building a business partnership.
Conciliation between arguing drunkards over what they are drinking means enmity between people. If two groups
of opposing trends compromise or consent to respect each others’ philosophy in
a dream, it denotes the birth of a new ideology, innovations and trials. If
someone invites a litigant to making an out of court settlement in a dream, it
means that he is admonishing people to follow the divine guidance.

Table
(Dining table) A dining table with its food ready to serve in a dream means
blessings, accepting an invitation to dinner or lunch, financial comfort, status
and winning victory over one’s enemy. In this case, one’s enemy is hunger. The
food placed on the table represents a booty. Clearing the dinner table in a dream
means cessation of comfort and blessings. The dinning table of one’s house in
a dream represents his livelihood and sustenance, an important project that
requires the help of many people, or a great person who is gracious, true and
generous. Sitting on such a table in a dream means joining the company of such
great man. If the dining table is topped with clean food and fresh bread in the
dream, it means love between friends and brethren. To have little food and
some bread on the table in a dream means lack of such love between brethren.
Accepting the invitation to share a loaf of bread with someone in a dream means
love, unity and prescribing to the prophetic traditions. If one sees one or two
dishes on his table in a dream, it means profits for oneself and sustenance for
his dependents. Having good appetite in a dream means longevity. If the dining
table is cleared after one’s meal in the dream, it denotes the conclusion of one’s
life. If a crowd of people sits on a table to partake their meal in a dream, they
represent one’s dependent. If two opponents sit on the same table in a dream,
it means war, and particularly if their is broiled meat and herbs on the table.
The dining table in the dream then represents the battlefield, and eating their
meal means fighting. A dining table in a dream also represents piety. If one
shares his meal in a dream, it means that he will meet new friends and enjoy
their company, then a conflict will rise concerning his livelihood and earnings.

Farm
(Estate; Farmland; Property) A farm in a dream represents a woman. Its
spikes represent her children or property. If a farm in the dream is interpreted
to mean a marketplace, then its spikes represent profits, benefits, tools, or
financial losses. A farm in a dream also represents a battlefield and its spikes
are the soldiers, or it could represent the world and its spikes then represent
people, their young and old. A farm in a dream also could represent every deed
which is intended for the benefit of the hereafter, meaning that this world is the

Bridle
(Harness; Headgear; Reins of power; Restraint; Rope) In a dream, a bridle
represents a wife, a battlefield, or a sickness. A bridle in a dream also means
obedience, servitude or submission and wealth in the hands of the one who sees
himself holding it. If a traveller sees a bridle in a dream, it means slow coming
news from home. If a sick person sees the bridle of a horse in his dream, it means
shattering of his hopes. If a traveller sees a bridle in his dream, it means being
forsaken by others. A bridle in a dream also could mean protection from sin.

Jewelry shop
A jeweler’s shop in a dream means happiness, celebrations, a
wedding, ornaments, Adam’s apple, or a Quran study circle. (Also see Jeweler)
Jihad: (Inner and outer struggle) Joiningthe warriors in the battlefield in a dream
means that one is a true worshiper who attends to his regular prayers and pays
his charities and due alms. If one sees the people charging toward the battle¬
field, it means that they will receive an endowment of divine forgiveness,
victory, might and unity between the believers. To die as a martyr on God’s path
in a dream means joy, happiness and prosperity. Joining a jihad battle in the
sea in a dream means poverty, failure and walking toward destruction. Winning
a sea battle in Jihad against a tyrant in a dream means restoring one’s religious
commitment, and it could represent a protective jealousy for one’s wife, or
winning a struggle in favor of one’s parents. Victory in the battlefield during
Jihad means profits in one’s business. Returning from a holy war against an
oppressor in a dream means that one may lose his religious commitment or

Jinn: (Sing. Jinni) A creation from a smokeless fire. Among the Jinn, some are
believers while others are satans. This is in contrast to human beings who are
created from earth and among them some are believers and others are human
satans. Jinn in a dream represent fraud, deceit, cunning, perfidy, treachery,
theft, alcoholism, invented religious practices, travels, music, bars, tricks,
sleight of hand, illusion, sorcery and magic. If one is transformed into a Jinni
in a dream, it means that he will acquire such qualities. If one meets a Jinni who
displays truthfulness, knowledge and wisdom which is recognizable by the
person in the dream it means that he will receive good news. Seeing Jinn
standing by one’s door in a dream means losses, a vow that must be fulfilled, or
experiencing bad luck. Seeing Jinn entering one’s house and doing work there
in a dream means that thieves may enter that house and cause major losses. If
one sees himself teaching the Quran to a gathering of Jinn in a dream, it means
that he will be appointed to a leadership position. Accompanying Jinn in a
dream means familiarity with, and keeping the company of men of knowledge,
or people of inner knowledge. If one marries a female from amongst the Jinn in
a dream, it means that he will marry an insolent wife, or that he may suffer a
great calamity. If a righteous person sees himself chaining Jinn in a dream, it
means that he holds fast to his prayers, fasting, controls his carnal self and base
desires. Engaging in a battle with Jinn in a dream means that one will be safe
from their evil. To befriend a known leader from amongst the Jinn in a dream
means becoming a police officer and make it one’s profession to pursue criminals
and bandits. It also could mean that one might become a guided man of
knowledge or a teacher. Seeing Jinn gathering in a known locality in a dream
also may indicate the presence of snakes, scorpions, or what human beings may

Gray hair
For young people, gray hair in a dream means dignity and it could mean
longevity, weakness or poverty. If gray hair grows in one’s beard and head in
the dream, it means poverty. Seeing half gray hair mixed with one’s beard in
a dream means strength, dignity and honor. If one’s wife is pregnant, and if he
sees his hair turned gray in the dream, it means that she will beget a son. If one
sees himself plucking out gray hair from his beard in a dream, it means that he
respects the elderly people and honor religious scholars. If a woman sees her
hair turned gray in a dream, it means the arrival of guests, or it could mean that
her husband is having a mistress. If a rich person sees his body covered with gray
hair in a dream, it means major business losses, while for a poor person it means
debts that he cannot repay. The gray hair of an unknown woman represents a
drying crop. If a soldier sees his hair gray in a dream, it means his weakness
or defeat in the battlefield. If a sick person sees his hair gray in a dream, it means
his death and shrouding. If a person is afraid of something then sees his hair
gray in a dream, it means appeasement of his fears, or amnesty given by a ruler
or a judge deciding in his favor. It is also said that woman’s gray hair in a dream
means that she will be insulted by her in-laws, or it could mean divorce. If one’s
gray hair increase, but still include some black hair in the dream, it means
dignity and reverence. If no black hair remains, then it means a rebuke or a
reprimand one will hear from his superior. If one’s black beard turns gray in a
dream, it means that he may fail in his religious life, or lose his wealth. If one
discovers two or three gray hairs in his black beard in a dream, it means that
he will beget a son or that someone he loves will return from a long journey. If
the hair of one’s chest turns gray in a dream, it means that his food will become
spoiled. Seeing one’s beard brilliantly gray and beautiful in a dream means
honor and fame throughout the lands. To pluck a gray hair in a dream also
means disrespect for the elderly. Gray hair in a dream also means poverty,
debts, pain, distance from others, being harsh with others, or imprisonment.

Veterinarian
In a dream, a veterinarian is a person who adorns and beautifies
distinguished and honored people, and who supports and assists them in
developing strength. Seeing a veterinarian in a dream also means performing
a marriage ceremony, travels, a pharmacist or a merchant. In a dream, a
veterinarian also means nursing the wounded soldiers in the battlefield. A
veterinarian in a dream also may be interpreted as one’s physician, one who
practices righteousness, a wise man, a specialist in setting broken bones,
