Slaughterhouse
(Abattoir) A slaughterhouse in a dream represents loss of lives,
the return of souls to their Lord, bloodshed, skinning animals, or it could mean
fetidness. A slaughterhouse in a dream also means weddings, festivities,
celebrations and banquets, or it could represent tyranny, adultery, or a brothel.
If a sick person sees himself entering a slaughterhouse in a dream, it means the
end of his life and the dividing of his assets after his death. If a healthy person
enters a slaughterhouse and if his garment become stained with blood in a
dream, it means a sickness, adversities, or debts. If one sees hogs or pigs being
slaughtered therein, his dream means that he will witness the end of innovators,
the contemptible, the evil ones, and the abominable people. Meanwhile, if people
are afraid of someone, the dream then signals the end of such a person. A
slaughterhouse in a dream also represents a dungeon, a torture room, or a
primitive prison. Entering a slaughterhouse in a dream may also mean that the

Intoxicants

Marijuana; Opium; Sedatives; Spirits; Wine) In a dream, all intoxicants signify
suspicions, apprehension and doubt about one’s resources, or the lawfulness of
his earnings, the legitimacy of his children, or the religious legality of his
marriage. Drinking alcohol in a dream means losing a fight. Using drugs or
intoxicants in a contemptible way in a dream signifies apostasy, loss of honor,
negation of the truth, corruption of one’s wife, or it could mean profanity. This
is because the raw material and herbs used in the preparation of such drugs and
herbs are sacred in their intrinsic state. Once mixed and taken to induce

sickness. The color blond in a dream means war, sickness, piety, honor or a
religious person. In a dream, the color blond also means contemptibleness,
vileness, meanness or depravity. Black colored eyes in a dream represent a
religious person. A bluish-black colored eyes in a dream connote opposing one’s
religion. Blue eyes in a dream entail religious innovations. Green eyes in a
dream represent a religion that is different from all religions. The color green
in a dream also represents a good harvest or prosperity. Green in a dream also
means youth or fear of wrongdoing. In a dream, the color blue represents
distress, depression, enmity, or it could mean a calamity. The color red in a
dream denotes joy, celebration, spirituality or dominion. Red means the world
or material gains. In a dream, the color maroon or a reddish-brown color
signifies dignity, nobility, power or it could represent a wealthy woman. The
color purple in a dream represents a brilliant, skillful and a beautiful woman,
or it could mean fragrance, instability, sickness, love and harmony. White in a
dream also means beauty or it could represent elderly people. A black flag in a
dream means a man of knowledge, a white one represents jealousy, a yellow flag

in a valley. A snake in a dream also means enmity from one’s in-laws or
children, or it could represent the evil and jealousy of one’s neighbor. A sleeping
snake in a dream means a sleeping enemy. As for an unjust person, a water
snake in a dream means receiving help, or it could represent a verdict. Owning
a snake in a dream means gaining power and authority. Its flesh represents
enemy money, or it could mean joy. If one sees himself wearing the skin of a
snake in a dream, it means that he will unmask his enmity toward others.
Killing a snake in a dream and staining one’s hands with its blood means
destroying one’s enemy. A snake in one’s dream also represents a rich enemy,
for its poison means money. If one sees snakes being killed in the streets in a
dream, it means a war. A small snake in a dream represents a little child.
Hunting snakes in a dream means tricking or deceiving one’s enemies. A black
snake in a dream represents a strong enemy. A white snake in a dream
represents a weak enemy. If one sees a snake talking to him and saying nice
words to him in a dream, it means enjoying pleasant moments with one’s
adversary, or benefiting at the hands of one’s enemy. If the snake talks harshly
to him in a dream, it means suffering from tyranny and oppression caused by
one’s enemy. Becoming a snake in a dream means being contemptible against
one’s own religion. Seeing oneself as a half-snake half-human in a dream means
being able to neutralize half of the enemy’s power. Discovering a snake skin
which is made from gold in a dream means that one will discover a hidden
treasure. If a snake swallows someone in a dream, it means that he will reach
a powerful position. If one sees a snake sitting over his head in a dream, it means
that he will earn the respect of people in authority. A field which is covered with
snakes in a dream represents a destructive rain. A snake with a horn in a dream
represents a profitable business. Black snakes and pythons in a dream represent
army generals. Water snakes in a dream represent money. If one sees his garden
covered with snakes in a dream, it means that its trees will bear fruits and
exceed the normal crop. A snake coming out of its hole in a dream represents
a son. A snake leaving one’s house in a dream means its destruction or
demolition. Killing a snake in a dream means marriage. Tapeworms or other
intestinal worms in a dream represent one’s relatives and their children. Seeing
snakes eating on one’s table in a dream means separation between friends.
Desert snakes in a dream represent highway robbers. In general a snake or a
serpent in a dream represent jealousy, envy, perfidy, swindling people’s properties,

Collarband
(Collar; Neckband; Neckwear) In a dream, a collarband represents
the pleasure and pride of a mother or a wife to see her sons or daughter having
a jewelry business. If an unmarried woman sees herself in a dream wearing a
neckband, a necklace or a collarband made from pearls, peridot or chrysolite,
it means that she will marry a noble and a high ranking man, beget children
from him and find her ultimate pleasure and love in such a marriage. If the
collarband is made from alum, then it means marrying a young eastern man.
If the collarband is made from beads in the dream, it means that her husband
is a mean and a contemptible person. If a man sees himself wearing a collarband

also represents a patient, forbearing and a hard-working woman, a housekeeper,

a sinful woman, a thief, or someone who feels flattered at exposing people’s
private life. To see a large family of mice in one’s house in a dream means money
and prosperity. If one sees a mouse playing inside his house where there is
plenty of food in a dream, it means relief and money. If a mouse leaves one’s
house in a dream, it means that blessings will depart from that house and its
earnings will diminish. Owning a pet mouse in a dream means having a servant
or a housekeeper. A black mouse and a white mouse in a dream represent the
night and the day. Seeing a mouse of either black or white color going about its
own business in the daylight in a dream means longevity. If one sees a mouse
nibbling into one’s garment in a dream, it means that one will announce his
intentions or goals. A mouse digging a hole in a dream represents a thief. A
mouse in a dream also could represents a girlfriend, an opportunistic woman,
or a lady friend who is hiding her true intentions. Catching a mouse in a dream
also means befriending a woman, or marriage. Mice in a dream also mean
elation, or ecstasy unless they are of mixed colors. Mice in a dream also
represent the members of one’s household. Killing or catching a mouse in a
dream means taking advantage of a woman. Throwing a stone or shooting an
arrow at a mouse in a dream means backbiting or slandering a contemptible
woman, or corresponding with her eliciting the unlawful. Seeing a family of mice
inside a well or near a slanting land in a dream means nearing the end of one’s

Balance
(Scale) A balance and a scale in a dream have similar interpretations.
Both represent faith, justice and righteousness in words and actions. In a
dream, a balance also may represent a wife, or it could mean payment of one's
debts. A steelyard in a dream represents an architect or a builder. A miller's
scale in a dream represents a man who considers himself worthy of respect,
while his actions, earnings and moves are contemptible. A precision scale in a
dream represents a warning against heedlessness and concern for proper
accounting for one's actions. The justice scale represents a judge. If it stands
balanced in one's dream, then it means that the judge of that locality is a just
and a learned person. In a dream, the scales of a balance represents the judge's
ears. The money put on a scale for measuring represents the lawsuits, and the
weights represent the judgment. If one sees himself standing before God
Almighty on Judgment Day and if his good deeds weigh heavier than his sins
in the dream, it means that he will reckon himself, reflect about his bad actions
and correct the course of his life. Consequently, his reward in the hereafter will
be greater. Seeing the Balance of the Day of Judgement in a dream means
vulnerability of people's secrets, exposing one's actions in public, recognition of
the ultimate truth, joy, happiness, victory and justice. If one's deeds are
praiseworthy, then he will be a winner. Ifone's deeds are blameworthy, then he
will be a loser. In general, a balance in a dream represents a guide, an example
to follow, a scholar one seeks to learn at his hand, a ruler, a criterion and the

Funeral
Joining the funeral prayers in a dream means fostering brotherhood with
people on God’s path. Walking by a funeral procession in a dream is interpreted
to represents a hypocrite who destroys or kills an evil person. If one sees himself
laid in a coffin though no one carries it in a dream, it means that he will be
imprisoned. If one’s coffin is carried by a group of people, it means that he will
support and serve a man of authority, then collect a financial reward for his
support. Involuntarily following a funeral procession in a dream means serving
a non-religious person in authority. Sitting on top of a coffin in a dream means
increase in one’s wealth. If one sees himself lifted and placed in a coffin in a
dream, it means that people will appoint him to a leadership position. If one sees
a group of people performing a funeral prayers and crying over the loss of the
deceased in a dream, it means that the conclusion of his life will be commendable.
Otherwise, if they express no sorrow for his loss or cry over him, but instead
criticize him in the dream, it means that the conclusion of his life will be
contemptible. If a merchant, a governor or a leader sees himself sitting over a
coffin that is moving freely by itself in the dream, it means taking a trip by sea.
If one sees the coffin flying in a dream, it means that a great man of knowledge
will die in that town and people will not know of it, or that a known person will
die in a foreign land or on the way to or back from a pilgrimage. If a funeral
reachs the cemetery in a dream, it means that people will surly regain their
rights. If one sees a large number of coffins scattered in a specific locality in a
dream, it means that the people of that community will break into violence,
adultery and evildoing. Carrying a coffin in a dream means earning unlawful
income. If a woman sees her own funeral in a dream it means that she will get
married. If she is married, it means payment of her debts. A funeral crossing
a marketplace in a dream means liquidation of merchandise. Paying tribute to
a funeral in a dream means bidding farewell or paying respect to a travelling
friend. Paying tribute to a passing funeral procession in a dream represents
one’s concern for his own comfort. If the deceased in the coffin points at the
person seeing the dream, it means that the latter will conduct his funeral, and
he will receive a reward for his service. If he serves that funeral till the burial
and the closing of the grave in a dream, it means that he will receive double that
reward, the value of which reward is known only to God Almighty. (Also see
