(Damn; Profanity) Cursing one’s wife in a dream means perjury and
yielding to sin, or suspicion about the legality of one’s marriage, or having
apprehensions about the legitimacy of one’s earnings. Cursing in a dream also
signifies banishment, dismissal from office, expulsion, exile or pushing someone
away or distancing him. Cursing someone in a dream also means losing to him

Insult
(Abuse; Cursing; Swearing; Vilify) Insulting someone in a dream could
represent the dignity of the one impugning upon the other person, and the
unworthiness of the person who is insulted. There is an exception to that
interpretation when the person insulting the other in the dream has suspicious
motives, and the one who is abused in the dream is supposed to command
respect. It is also said that the one who is insulted or abused in the dream may
owe something to his assailant and must repay him. If the one insulting is of a
higher social rank, then the victim in the dream is better than his attacker.
However, in general, an abused person in the dream is ultimately the victorious

Beating
(Blow; Hit; Lash; Whip) To hit someone with a staff in a dream means
bringing back to life something that died away or investigating the cause of a
death or clarifying something. To beat someone with a wooden stick in a dream
means failing to fulfill a promise, or it could mean lying to someone. If someone
in authority hits his employee in a dream, it means that he will give him a raise.
If he hits him on his back in the dream, it means that he will pay his debt. If
he hits him on his backside in the dream, it means that he will give him a
daughter in marriage. If one hits someone head with a stick in a dream, it means that he desires his position or it may denote his jealousy. If one hits someone
between the eyes in a dream, it means that he wants him to get lost. Beating
someone in a dream also means to rebuke, revile or insult him, or it could mean
to admonish him. Beating someone over his scull in a dream means that the
victim in the dream will attain excellence of expression and reach his goals. If
he hits him over the earlobe and if it bleeds in the dream, it means that the
assailant will rape and deflower the daughter of the victim. Like that, interpreting
the subject of beating must be associated with the meaning of the limb affected
in the dream. (See Body 1), Beatings in a dream also connotes supplications. If
one sees himself beating a donkey in a dream, it means that he does not earn
his daily bread unless he regularly prays for it. To beat someone in a dream also
means cursing him. If he hits him over the head in the dream, it means speaking
ill of him and that one cannot retrieve his words or apologize for them. Beating
a family member in a dream means that one's wife is committing adultery.
Beating someone in a dream also means benefiting him, or it could mean
business losses. If one is beaten in a dream, it means profits and benefits, unless
if the one beating him is an angel, or a deceased person, or a member of his
family. Beating someone with a leather belt or with a cane in a dream means
bad consequences in wakefulness. Hitting the floor in a dream means taking a
trip. If one receives one hundred lashes on his back in a dream, it means that
he has committed adultery, or it could mean that he has the intention to do so.
If one receives forty lashes in a dream, it means that he indulges in drinking
alcohol or uses intoxicants. If he is lashed eighty times in a dream, it means that
he slanders married women. If he is whipped by a deceased person in the dream,
it means that he is pursuing wrong ideas and should reverse his course, for a
deceased person dwells in the kingdom of truth and follows only what pleased
God Almighty. However, if one sees himself in a dream beating a deceased
person, this could be interpreted to denote the strength of his faith, certitude,
prayers and charitable nature. It also could mean benefits from a business trip
or pursuing a lost interest. Beating in a dream when it causes no pain, bleeding
or scratches means receiving a new garment, paying debts, or hearing sarcastic
comments. Beating an animal in a dream means either training him, or it could
mean ignorance and being unfair toward such an animal.

Voice: In a dream, the human voice represents one’s reputation or fame, and its
strength or weakness reflects one’s state of mind or the condition of his health.
Raising one’s voice in a dream means unjustly presiding over a crowd of people.
Hearing a human voice in a dream means chairing an important responsibility.
If the human voice emanates from an animal in the dream, it denotes great
benefits and particularly if the animal speaks pleasing and soothing words or
words of truth. If one raises his voice above the voice of a man of knowledge, a
shaikh or a teacher in a dream, it means that he will commit a sin. A weak voice
in a dream represents a man. Intentionally lowering one’s voice in a dream
means being indebted to someone, or it could mean humility. If a man of
authority or a policeman lower his voice in a dream, it means that he maybe
dismissed from his job, or he maybe reprimanded or disciplined for his misconduct.
The sound produced by the ringing of coins in a dream represents temptation,
allurement, or a fight between stockbrokers or money exchangers. The clank of
money in a dream also means either good or bad news, or it could mean hearing
good words, a wise speech, or words one likes to hear more about, if they are
given as a sign of friendship or as a dower. If the clanking of money is made in
jest in the dream, then it represents a fight one does not wish to end. The sound
of a hornet represents a person who defames or discredits others, or whose evil
cannot be removed without acquiring the help of a like person. The bleating of
a ewe in a dream means kindness shown by one’s mistress, his wife, or by a
gracious man. The bleating of a billy goat or a ram in a dream means happiness
and prosperity. The neighing of horses in a dream means receiving guidance
from a noble person, or it could represent a courageous soldier. The braying of
a donkey in a dream means hideousness, or the ugly character of a despicable
enemy. The braying of a mule in a dream means a hardship which is combined
with a difficult person, or it could mean vain talk, or indulgingin suspicious acts.
The mooing of a calf, a cow, or a steer in a dream means a riot. The gurgling of
a camel in a dream represents a blessed journey, a pilgrimage, a successful
business trip, or toiling and hardships. The roaring of a lion in a dream
represents alarm, esteem, fear, or being threatened by someone in authority. In
general, the sound of animals in a dream connotes adversities or fear. The
neighing of horses in a dream means an invasion or might. The barking of dogs
in a dream means vain talk, interference in others’ business, regret, intending
to harm others, hostility toward others, or dissonance. The blaring of a leopard
in a dream means coquetry, vanity and wantonness. The blaring of a lynx in a

is a legitimate reason, or a legal point for trespassing. If someone infringes upon
your rights in any way in a dream, it means that your ultimate victory over him
is sure. Infringement in a dream also means prosperity and success in this

people in authority are unjust in a dream, it denotes a time of wars and
destruction. If injustice is practiced by people of knowledge, or religious scholars
in a dream then it denotes God’s forgiveness for one’s sins. Seeing an unjust
person in a dream means poverty. If one sees himself confessing to being unjust
in a dream, it means that he will repent for his sin. If one sees an oppressed
person invoking a curse upon him in a dream, it means that he should await a
painful punishment from God Almighty. The oppressed in a dream will always
triumph over the oppressor. If one sees his oppressor cursing him in a dream,

of knowledge in a dream means receiving guidance, and it means turning
repentantly to God Almighty. Otherwise, if one sees himself listening to
backbiting, slandering, defamation, or eavesdropping in a dream, then it means
that some harm will befall him. Listening to good advice and following its best
guidance in a dream means receiving good news. Eavesdropping in a dream
means that one intends to defame the other person. Listening, though pretending
not to hear what is being said in a dream means that one makes it a habit to
