Sneezing
(Anger; Ascertain; Cold; Disdain; Disregard; Exhale; Fury) Sneezing in
a dream means reassessing something about which one had doubt. Thus,
sneezing in a dream could mean acknowledging the truth, and that is why
people’s common reply is “God bless you.” Sneezing in a dream also could mean
the death of a sick person, or experiencing agony, distress, adversities, or facing
a disturbing problem. If one who is experiencing such trials sees himself
sneezing in a dream, it means that the time has come to dispel them. If a poor
person sneezes in a dream, it means that he may wake up to find that help is
coming his way. Sneezing in a dream also could mean paying one’s debts, or
recovering from a cold or a nasal congestion, or it could mean exasperation, fury,
rage, anger, or frowning. If one sneezes with force in his dream, it means that
he should beware of a strong enemy and the possibility of suffering losses at his
hands.

Village
(City; Suburban area; Town) A village in a dream represents injustice that
will be followed by destruction as a consequence of people’s sins. Entering a well
fortified village in a dream means fighting with someone. Crossing a village into
a city in a dream means changing a menial job into a more respectable one, or
perhaps it could mean downgrading a good deed one has performed, thinking
of it as unimportant, or regretting it, or it could mean doing something good and
thinking of it as evil, or perhaps it could mean showing indecisiveness and
doubt. Entering a village in a dream also means governing it, or presiding over
its people, or it could mean commencing a new job. Walking out of a village in
a dream means escaping from evil. Seeing a destroyed village in a dream means
heedlessness or a calamity caused by the sins of its dwellers. Seeing a well-built
village in a dream shows the piety and righteousness of its people. Seeing
ancient edifices or ruins inhabited again in a dream represents people’s repentance
from sin. A village in a dream also could signify injustice, innovations, corruption,
disregarding the divine laws, or discarding the moral standards set by the
community. A village in a dream also could represent ants’ underground nest
or colony, while an anthill in a dream represents a village. If a village is
completely destroyed by fire, or floods, or freezing temperature, or by locusts,
or plagues in one’s dream, it means suffering under the oppression of an unjust
ruler or a tyrant, or it could mean destroying an anthill. Moving from a village
into a city in a dream means leaving one’s toiling and hardships behind him.
Moving from a city into a village means the opposite, and signifies leaving

Blindness
(Gold; Heedlessness; Inheritance; Poverty) In a dream, blindness
means heedlessness, misguidance or receiving an inheritance. A blind man in
a dream represents a poor person and because of his poverty, his actions mostly
harm his religious life. Blindness in a dream also means a calamity, an accident,
a misfortune, sadness, harm, sorrows and distress. If a blind man sees himself
wrapped with new cloth in a dream, it means his death. If one sees himself blind
in a dream, it means debts he owes, or a pilgrimage he must attend. If one is
blinded in a dream, it means that he will betray his covenant with his Lord.
Becoming blind in a dream means suffering from poverty and becoming needy
after being rich, or it could mean satisfaction and contentment, or it could mean
losing a dear person. If one's sight explodes with a lightning in a dream, it means his death. Blindness also could denote deafness, disregarding the world or
renouncing it or hiding one's secrets. As for a foreigner, seeing himself blind in
a dream means never returning to his homeland. Blindness in a dream for a
prisoner means his release from jail. If a seeker, a student, or a businessman
sees himself blind in a dream, it means that he may never reach his goals. (Also

Raincoat
(Overcoat; Trench coat) In a dream, a raincoat means comfort, superi¬
ority, backing, cooperation and strength. As for a merchant, wearing a raincoat
in a dream means prominence, distinction and fame in his field. Wearing a
heavy raincoat in a dream means profits in one’s material and spiritual life.
Wearing a cotton overcoat in a dream means lesser benefits. Wearing silk
brocaded overcoat in a dream signifies attachment to one’s worldly gains and
disregard for one’s religious and spiritual benefits. Being the only person who
is wearing an overcoat or a raincoat in a dream means becoming poor and mixing

Divorce
(Poverty) If someone divorces his wife in a dream, it means that he will
be dismissed from his job. If an unmarried person sees himself divorcing
someone in a dream, it means reaching a conclusion to whatever good or bad he
is experiencing. As for the divorce of a married person in a dream, it means
closing of his business or his death if he is bed stricken. If one sees himself
divorcing his wife in a dream, it means that he will become rich, or that his life
will run smoother. If one divorces his wife with the intention of returning to her
in a dream, it means that he will change his trade for a short time, then engages
back in it. If the divorce is irrevocable, then it could mean that he will
permanently close his business. Divorcing one’s wife in a dream also means
disregarding a treasure, renouncing an inheritance, abdicating one’s throne, or
impeachment from one’s office. Divorce in a dream also denotes poverty.
Divorcing one’s sick wife in a dream means that she may die of her illness.
However, if one divorces his sick wife with the intention of returning to her again
in the dream, in that case, it means that she will recover from her illness. (Also

Allah
God Almighty, Lord, Creator and Cherisher of the universes. There is
nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearing, the Al-Seeing Lord. Seeing
Him in a dream can be interpreted according to one’s state of being. If one sees
Him in His glory and majesty, without descriptive designation, without ascrip¬
tion of human characteristics to Him and without depiction or portrayal in the
dream, it is an indication of glad tidings for both this world and the hereafter.These blessings also may continue to affect the lives of one’s progeny. If one sees
Him otherwise in a dream, it means confusion, and particularly if the Almighty
Lord does not address him. If an ailing person sees Him in a dream, it means
that he will soon die and come to meet Him. If a straying soul sees God Almighty
in a dream, it will find guidance. If an oppressed person sees Him, it means that
justice will prevail and he will triumph over his oppressors. Hearing God’s words
without designation represents the imagination of the person in the dream.
Perhaps hearing His words in a dream appeases one’s heart and increases the
person’s drive for success. Hearing God’s words without seeing Him represents
the rising of one’s station. If one receives revelations from behind a veil in a
dream, it means mental confusion and innovation. This is most true if a
messenger comes in one’s dream and describes the one who spoke as God. In this
case, the dream is a nightmare, because God Almighty cannot be depicted
according to human descriptions. If one sees a picture of God in his dream, it
means that he is a liar who ascribes images to God Almighty that do not befit
His Majesty and Glory. If one hears God Almighty talking to him directly and
if he can focus at Him in the dream, it means that he will be encompassed with
God’s mercy and blessings. If one sees God Almighty in a dream, it means that
he will look at His Divine countenance in the hereafter. Seeing God Almighty
seated on the Divine Throne in a dream means elevation of one’s rank,
knowledge and increase in his wealth. If one sees himself running away to hide
from God Almighty in a dream, it means that he will change the course of his
devotion into heedlessness. Seeing a veil separating between the servant and
his Lord in a dream means that one will commit major sins and abominable
actions. If one sees his Lord frowning at him, whereby he could not bear the
effulgence of God’s light, or if he is seized by a shock and immediately commences
to repent and pray for forgiveness in the dream, it means that such a person is
indulging in abominable actions, and that he is a despicable sinner who follows
his own mind and desires, and that he is an innovator of religious thoughts who
misleads the people. If one hears God Almighty talking to him in a dream, it
represents an admonition and a warning to abstain from sin. If one hears God
Almighty talking to him in a dream, it also means that one is more assiduous
in his recital of the Quran. If one hears God Almighty talking to him with words
he cannot understand, then if He anoints him and blesses him in the dream, it
means that God Almighty will bring him nigh unto Himself and exalt his station.
If one sees God Almighty in a form resembling one’s father, a brother or a
relative and showing His kindness or blessing him in a dream, it means that he
will be afflicted with a calamity and a major illness. If a righteous person sees
himself standing before God Almighty in reverence and filled with awe in a
dream, it means that mercy will encompass him and help him to further his
growth. The same interpretation applies if one sees himself prostrating before
Him. If God Almighty speaks to someone from behind a veil in a dream, it can
also represent a good worshipper, but if the Divine address takes place without
a veil in the dream, it means falling into sin. If God Almighty names someone
in his dream with his birth name, then adds another title to it, it means rising
in station and rank. If one sees God Almighty angry with him in a dream, it
means that his parents are displeased with him. This description includes
seeing oneself falling from the skies or from the top of a mountain. If a devoted
servant sees God Almighty kissing him in a dream, it applies to his growing
devotion and reward. Fearing God Almighty in a dream reflects eminence,
peacefulness, quiescence, wealth of being and disregard for material needs.

Sleep
Sleeping in a dream means heedlessness or joblessness. In general,
sleeping or feeling sleepy in a dream has negative connotations except for
someone who is scared, or who expects an adversities or sufferings he may
experience otherwise. This is because sleep abates all fears, annihilates them
and clams one’s distress. Sleeping in a graveyard in a dream means a sickness.
Sleeping over a grave in a dream means death for a sick person and joblessness
for a healthy person. Sleeping in a dream also means stagnation, heedlessness,
or infringingupon God’s commands, or discrediting or denyingtheconsequences
of negating them. Sleeping in a dream also could represent a blessed journey,
such as seeking knowledge or doing good deeds. It also means disregard for
worldly attractions, or despite for its glitters. Sleeping people in a dream also
represent mass annihilation, death, murders, rising prices, or it could denote
things which people are unaware of. If in fact the people are unaware or
uncertain about something, and if one sees them in such a state of slumber in
a dream, it means that God Almighty will remove that blind, and they will see
things clearly. If one sees himself sleeping or laying on his back in a dream, it
means that he will gain power and financial success in the world. Sleeping with
the face down in a dream means losing one’s job, or it could mean poverty.
Sleeping on the floor in a dream means owning a land, being a rich person, or
having children. Sleeping for an unmarried woman in a dream means that she
will get married shortly. The sleeping of an unjust ruler in a dream means a
temporary relief for the people. Sleeping in a dream also means intoxication of
the mind, ecstasy, a sickness, neglecting one’s duties, disunity, humiliation, or
death. Sleeping under a tree in a dream means having a large progeny. (Also see
