dream, a porter or a carrier represents a school bus driver who is entrusted with
bringing the children to school, then taking them back home. Whatever appear¬
ance he shows in the dream, it will indicate the mental state of the school bus
driver. A porter in a dream also represents someone who is carrying his own sins
and burdens. To see oneself as a porter in a dream means doing penance. If a
porter enters before a sick person in a dream, it means recovering from an

(Collar; Necklace) In a dream, a neckband represents stinginess. A
neckband in a dream also could represent woman’s kindness, gentleness,
softness, protection and respect for her husband. Thus, for a woman, a neckband
in her dream represents her husband. If her neckband is made of silver, and if
it is wide, comfortable and well strapped to her neck in a dream, it denotes her
husband’s generosity, richness and forbearance. If the neckband is thin, then
it implies difficulties. If it is made of iron in the dream, it represents a strong
person. If it is made from wood in the dream, it represents a hypocrite. If a man
wears a neckband over a white or a green collar in a dream, it represents victory
in his life and comfort he will receive from an unexpected source. If he is a
merchant, it means profits, fame, honor and dignity. If he is a common person,
then the neckband means earning respect and fame. If a tight neckband is
strapped around one’s neck in a dream, it represents a stingy person no one can
benefit from. If he is a learned person, it means that no one benefits from his
knowledge. If he commands authority, it means that he disdains from giving
true judgment. To hire a servant who wears a silver neckband in a dream means
establishing a profitable business. A neckband in a dream also means impiety,
or it could be a sign of trustworthiness. If a man sees himself wearing a neckband
that is made of gold, silver, iron, copper or lead in a dream, it means that he has

Clouds

Vapor; Water) In a dream, clouds represent the course of life which provides
people with rainwater to drink, water to wash their dirt, water for their crops
and sustenance. Clouds in a dream also represent knowledge, understanding,
wisdom, clarity as they show the divine kindness. Clouds in a dream also
represent an army or friends who carry the water and the water represents life
and the original element from which they were created. Clouds in a dream also
represent ships, airplanes, or if they are black or carry stones or bring thunder,
then they represent the antagonistic character of a leader who deprives his
people from their rights or causes them to suffer through restrictive laws or
harsh mandates. If one sees a cloud inside his house or descending upon him in
his room in a dream, it means that he will join the company of believers or
receives an award, or that he is endowed with wisdom, or should he wish for a
child, his wife will conceive one. If he is a merchant, it means that his
merchandise will arrive to its port of destination. If one sees himself riding over
a cloud in a dream, it means exaltation or marriage to a pious woman, or that
one will attend a pilgrimage should it be his wish. Otherwise, should he wish
for it, he will become renowned for his knowledge and wisdom. Should he
qualify, it means that he will lead an army, or that he will rise in rank, or that
he will be sent as an emissary of his government or as an ambassador. If people
are expecting clouds to water their farms, and should one see masses of clear
clouds carrying rains and coming in that direction in the dream, it means a
calamity. If the clouds carry poisonous rains or acid rains or polluted rains, or
if they are driven by heavy winds, or if they carry fires or dust or ashes or rocks
from a volcano, they mean that a calamity will strike that locality, or that they
will receive news about travellers the majority of whom will perish during a trip.
Clouds also mean innovations and man made religions that may spread throughout
the land. If one sees himself merging with the clouds in a dream, it means that
he associates himself with a person in authority or a wise man or a man of
knowledge. If one sees himself eating clouds in his dream, it means that he will
gain lawfully earned money from such a person, or that perhaps he may gain
wisdom. If one sees himself amassing clouds in a dream, it means that he will
learn wisdom at the hand of a close associate. If one sees himself mixing with
the clouds but does not carry anything out of them in a dream, it means that he
will mix with people of knowledge and learn nothing from what they say, or
practice nothing of what they teach. If one sees himself riding over the clouds
in a dream, it means that he may become famous for his wisdom and knowledge.
If one sees his own son turned into a cloud in a dream, it means that he earns
his livelihood from teaching wisdom or religious knowledge to others. Black clouds
in a dream mean wisdom, forbearance, honesty and joy. If the black clouds also
carry a threat or cause fear in the dream, it means that one will be reprimanded
by such a wise person. If one sees himself building a house over a cloud in a
dream, it means that he lives an honest life, earns lawful money and lives his
life with wisdom and integrity. If one builds a palace over a cloud in a dream,
it means that through his wisdom, he avoids committing sins. It also means that
he prospers from such a wisdom or builds a palace in paradise with his deeds.
If one sees a cloud in his hand and rain falling from it in a dream, it denotes the
wisdom he speaks. If one turns into a rainy cloud in a dream, it means that he
lives wealthy and benefits people from his money. If one turns into a cloud that
rains gold in a dream, it means that he will learn wisdom from a great man.
Clouds in a dream also represent the people in authority who do others favors
and ask for no reward. If one hears a human sound calling him from behind a
cloud in a dream, it means that God willing he will attend a pilgrimage. ( See
Invisible caller). A black cloud in a dream also represents a just judge, while a
white cloud represents a blessed and a noble justice. Clouds in season in a dream
represent benefits, profits and prosperity. A mass of black clouds carrying no
rain in a dream mean benefits, extreme cold, sadness or sorrow. Red clouds in
a dream mean distress, adversities or a sickness. A cloud covering a town in a
dream means blessings. If the person who sees such black clouds in his dream
is intending to take a trip, it will take place, though his safety cannot be insured.
On the other hand, if he is unhappy about something, then if he sees such a
dream, it means that his sorrow will be dispelled. White clouds in a dream are
a sign of work, a job or business. Rising fog in a dream means taking a journey,
or returning from one. Red clouds in a dream means lack of work. A gloomy cloud
in a dream means stress. If one sees clouds welcoming him in a dream, it means
glad tidings. If he is an evil person, it means a calamity and a chastisement for
his sins. If one sees clouds covering the sun in a dream, it means that the ruler
of that land is ill. If one sees himself wearing a shirt of clouds in a dream, it
means blessings that God Almighty has favored him with. Clouds in a dream
also represent virtues, miracles, favors, rains, love and blessings, because they
also appear when a prophet or a saint pray for rain or to shelter a blessed person

and a good person. Seeing an argument between two adversaries and witnessing
salt placed between them in a dream means that they will allay their differences
and make peace. If common salt becomes spoiled in a dream, it means that a
plague, injustice, or a drought will befall the people of that locality. Salt in a
dream also signifies hard work, or an illness. Table salt in a dream also means
asceticism, renunciation and detachment from the material world. It also means
blessings, honesty and comfort. Eating bread with salt in a dream means
contentment with little from this world. A salt shaker in a dream represents a
good and a dutiful woman. Discovering salt in a dream means adversities and
a severe illness. Salt in a dream also represents balance, usability of things and

means money. Eating raw meat in a dream means illness and pain. Eating raw
meat in a dream also may mean benefits. Seeing raw meat and not eating from
it in a dream could have adverse meaning. Eating cooked meat in a dream means
increase in one’s wealth. Eating a meat dish with an old man in a dream means
becoming renowned, or entering the inner circle of a governor. Buying meat
from the butcher in a dream means adversities. Tender meat in a dream mean
death or backbiting. Eating the flesh of a human being in a dream means
backbiting him. Eating one’s own flesh in a dream means earning money from
one’s own sweat. If a woman eats the flesh of another woman in a dream, it
means that they are lesbians. If a woman eats her own flesh in a dream, it means
that she will commit adultery. The meat of a yellow cow in a dream means
illness. The cooked meat of a snake in a dream means receiving money from one’s
enemy. The uncooked flesh of a snake in a dream means slanderingone’s enemy.
The meat of a lion in a dream means receiving money from a ruler and the same
goes for the flesh of all predatory animals or birds. Hog or swine’s meat in a
dream means unlawful money. Eating sausages or dried meat in a dream means
speaking ill of deceased people. Camel’s meat in a dream means earning money
from a rich and a powerful enemy unless if the one seeing it does not touch it
in his dream. However, touching camel’s meat in a dream means suffering from
such a strong person. Eating it cooked in a dream means defrauding someone,
then falling sick and recovering from one’s illness. It is also said that eating
camel’s meat in a dream means earning money from a ruler. Beef in a dream
means hardships, toiling and lack of work. Holding a mutton inside one’s house
in a dream means meeting with a new person, accepting an invitation, or
inviting a person one has never met or known to share a meal. Seeing a whole
skinned but uncut mutton inside one’s house in a dream means a sudden
adversity, loss, calamity, or death. If the mutton is fat, it means that one may
receive an inheritance from a will which is left by a deceased relative. If it is
skinny, it means that one will inherit nothing from him. Eating broiled beef in
a dream means standing before a judge or a ruler. Eating a chicken in a dream
means receiving benefits from a woman. Meat in a dream also means forbearance
and patience for someone who is hot tempered, or who gets angry easily. Eating

means earning suspicious money, or having an illegitimate marriage. Eating

dream means profits and money earned from a woman through deception and
dishonesty. If it is uncooked in the dream, then it means backbiting or
slandering a woman. Eating the meat of an unlawful bird in a dream means
deceiving, defrauding, or stealing money from unjust people. Eating swan’s
meat in a dream means benefits drawn from pious and religious people. Eating
fired or broiled chicks in a dream means hard earned money. Unknown meat
in a dream represents the hidden treasures of past nations, or buried treasures.

Noah
(God’s prophet Noah, upon whom be peace.) In a dream, God’s prophet Noah
(uwbp) represents longevity, adversities, sufferings, triumph, children from a
disgraceful wife, though one will remain content and grateful to God Almighty
for His gift. It is said that one who sees the prophet Noah (uwbp) in a dream will
become a scholar, an assiduous worshipper and an obedient servant who
exercises patience and forbearance. He will also triumph over his enemies and
receive a magnificent endowment from his Lord. His companions will disobey
him and by God’s leave, he will win over them too. Seeing God’s prophet Noah
(uwbp) in a dream also means rain and floods. Seeing him (uwbp) in a dream
also means suffering from many enemies, and from the jealousy and envy of
one’s neighbors. At the end, they will all suffer from God’s punishment, and he
will be saved from their evil. Seeing God’s prophet Noah (uwbp) in a dream also
signifies the destruction of the unbelievers and the victory of the believers. If
one sees him in a ship in a dream, it means that such a ship will escape from
destruction, or that all its people will be saved from drowning. Seeing God’s
prophet Noah (uwbp) in a dream also means facing a strong army of unbelievers,
their blatant attitudes, their verbal and physical abuse of the believers, and
their unrestrained persecution of the physically weak among them. It also
denotes the weakness of people’s faith and their lack of trust in God Almighty.
Seeing him (uwbp) in a dream also means spending a lifetime in devotion and
servitude to one’s Lord, commanding good and forbidding evil. If a ruler sees
God’s prophet Noah (uwbp) in a dream, it means that his subject will disobey
him. Seeing him (uwbp) in a dream also means crying and lamentation, disputes
with one’s family, rising prices, relief from distress, adversities and having
recalcitrant children. Seeing him in a dream also represents a flourishing
business, farming, a ship building industry, travelling with several types of
food, or mixing different species of animals. God’s prophet Noah (uwbp) in a
dream also may represent a genealogist, a zoologist, a botanist, a phytologist,
a horticulturalist, an ecologist, or a mammalogist. Seeing God’s prophet Noah
(uwbp) in a dream also may mean regretting something, distress, penitence for
an attitude toward one’s own family, or perhaps that one’s son will stray away
from God’s path, or it could mean the death of a son because of his disobedience

(uwbp) in a dream, it means that she is disobedient to her husband, and rather
she obeys her own family and clan. On the other hand, if a woman sees Egypt’s

Ridhwan
(The archangel Ridhwan. peace be upon him.) Seeing the guardian
angel of paradise in a dream means blessings and comfort in one’s life, glad
tidings, an unalterable happiness, and protection from illness. In a dream,
Ridhwan (uwbp) represents the treasurer of the king and his messenger, seeing
him also could mean fulfilling a promise, or satisfying one’s needs. If one has
disagreements with his superiors then if he sees Ridhwan (uwbp) in a dream,
it means that they will wind up in blessings and harmony, and particularly if
Ridhwan (uwbp) hands the person a heavenly fruit or a heavenly garment, or
meets him cheerfully with a comforting smile, showing a sign of God’s pleasure
with him. Seeing him (uwbp) in a dream also denotes a divine grace which is
bestowed secretly and openly upon the one who sees him. Seeing Ridhwan (uwbp)
in a dream also denotes a happy life, joy, peace, comfort and blessings in this
world and in the next. If one sees the heavenly angels coming before him to
congratulate him in a dream, it means that God Almighty has forgiven that
person his sins and endowed him with the gift of patience and forbearance
