himself circumambulating God’s House in Mecca in a dream, it means that he
will be freed from suffering in hell-fire. If one is unmarried, it means that he will
get married. If one qualifies for promotion, it means that he will receive it.
Seeingoneself performing a pilgrimage in a dream also means circumambulating
God’s house in Mecca, developing a good character, living a straight and a
worthy life, safety from fear, repayment of one’s debts, delivering entrusted
merchandise to their rightful owners or money to its people on demand, being
trustworthy, living an ascetic life, fulfilling a promise, atonement for one’s sins,
distributing expiatory gifts or interceding on behalf of a trustworthy and a noble
Imam. Seeing oneself circumambulating God’s house while riding on a mare in
a dream means that one will commit the abominable sin of adultery with a
member of his own family or with a consanguineous blood relative with whom

(Ass; Obstinate person; Steadfastness) In a dream, a donkey means a boy,
a child, a wife, livelihood, a man of knowledge without work, or it could mean
travels. Riding a donkey in a dream also may mean easing of one’s difficulties.
Riding any animal without the required saddling in a dream means imposition
upon oneself or others or unnecessary and inadequate going out of one’s way.
Riding a donkey or a mule in a dream also represents one’s ornaments, children,
a rich wife, wealth or a profitable business. The braying of a donkey, a mule or
a mare in a dream may mean evil, excruciating trouble, an illegitimate child
born from adultery or evil spirits. Riding a big donkey in a dream connotes a
respectable rank. An upright walking donkey represents worldly benefits. A
beautiful looking donkey or a white donkey in a dream means adornment. An
emaciated donkey in a dream represents poverty, while a fat donkey means
money. A black donkey means happiness, honor and prosperity and a green
donkey means fear of wrongdoing. A donkey fit with a saddle in a dream
represents a respected son. A donkey with a long tail in a dream represents

donkeys in a dream means mixing with a group of ignorant people. If one’s
donkey becomes obstinate and does not move forward except with beating in a
dream, it means that one’s sustenance and earnings come only through super¬
erogatory prayers and increased devotion. An obedient donkey in a dream
represents the vigilance of its owner. Driving a donkey inside one’s house in a
dream means bringing new income. Only the braying of a donkey is disliked in
a dream, though the rest is generally beneficial. A donkey in a dream represents

Horse

one’s enemy. Riding a horse in a dream means dignity, honor and wealth.
Perhaps it could mean that one will befriend a noble person, or meet a good
companion on the road. Owning a mare in a dream means begetting a beautiful
son. If it is a nag or a workhorse in the dream, it means that he will live satisfied,
or that he may marry a rich and a noble woman who will bear his children.
Seeing a horse in a dream also may connote owning a good house. If it is a blond
horse in the dream, it means knowledge, devotion, piety and fear of wrongdoing.
A nag in a dream represents a wife or a husband. A saddled horse in a dream
means a woman in her menstrual period, during which time it is not permissible
for the husband to engage in marital intercourse with her. A gathering of horses
in a dream represents a gathering of women for a funeral or a wedding. Owning
a herd of horses, or taking care of their feed in a dream means presiding over
people, or it could mean managing a business. If a horse dies in one’s presence
in a dream, it means loss of his house or business. The fit of a horse in the dream
represent man’s own state. Descending from a horse in a dream means committing
a sin that will force one to resign from his position, or be dismissed from his work.
A hairy horse in a dream represents a large family. If the tail of one’s horse is
cut off at its end in a dream, it means that one may come to see the death of his
children and clan before his own eyes. If the tail of one’s horse is simply clipped
in the dream, it connotes his own death and that his name will be quickly
forgotten. If one is attacked by a horse in a dream, it means that a noble person,
or a young boy will stand to him and require a just retribution from him. A flying
horse with two wings in a dream means that one may be tried with affections
toward a perverted boy or a woman who will tempt him then follow him. If a
descendent of the family of God’s Prophet, upon whom be peace, sees himself
flying on a winged horse in a dream, it means that he will rise in station and
preside over people. If one sees horsemen coming through the skies in a dream,
it means that a war may take place in that land. Riding a horse and holding a
spear in one’s hand in a dream means forcing people to do something, or forcing
them to pay what they owe. If one sees his horse drowning in a dream, it means
that he may die from an illness. Buying a horse and tending the money to the
seller in the dream means profits in one’s business, or earning money from
teaching. Selling one’s horse in a dream means doing good and being grateful
for it. If one’s horse bites him in a dream, it means that he will lead an army
in a war. If one kills a horse in his dream, it means that he will be awarded
status, rank and money. Slaughtering a horse for other than food in a dream
means spoiling one’s livelihood. If one sees a horse whose owner is not known
entering a town in a dream, it means that a noble person will enter that town
and people of his trade will fear his competition or his becoming a danger to their
business. If such a horse reverts his course and leaves that town in the dream,
it means that a great, though unknown person from that locality will die shortly.
Horses running across the streets in a dream represent a destructive rain or
devastating floods. A feeble horse in a dream represents the weakness of his

Milk
(Instinct; Nature; Profits) In a dream, milk represents nature, instinct, or
easy and lawful money. However, curdled milk in a dream represents unlawful
money. If a man or a woman discover that they are carrying milk in their breast
in a dream, it means building of one’s savings. If a man sees milk flowing from
his breast in a dream, it means wealth, prosperity and that new opportunities
will rise from every direction. Woman’s milk in a dream means recovering from
an illness. If a woman sees herself carrying milk in her breast in a dream, when
in reality she does not have it, it means that she will breast feed a new born.
If a woman sees herself breast-feeding a baby, a man, or another woman in her
dream, it means that the source of earnings will be hampered or restricted to
both the suckling person and to the one who is breast-feeding him. Hiring a wet-
nurse to breast-feed one’s child in a dream means raising a child to be like his
father, or to have the character of one’s father. Sucking milk from a woman’s
breast in a dream also means prosperity and profits. Drinking the milk of a horse
in a dream means receiving love and affection from someone in authority and
earning benefits from such a relationship. Drinking the milk of a mare in a
dream means a meeting with a ruler. In general, cow’s milk, goat’s milk, or
sheep’s milk in a dream represent lawful earnings. Milking in a dream means
craftiness and cunning, or it could mean prosperity. Milking an Arabian she-
camel in a dream means working in an Arab country. Milking an Asian Bactrian
camel in a dream means working in another country. If blood comes out of the
glands of a she-camel instead of milk in a dream, it means deviation from God’s
path, or it could represent a tyranny. If a venom flows from one’s glands instead
of milk in the dream, it means earning unlawful money. If a merchant, or a
business man milks any milk producing animal in a dream, it means profits.
Sucking the gland of a pregnant she-camel, one, two, or three times in a dream
means steadfastness in one’s religion, performing one’s obligatory prayers,
distributing charity, acquiring knowledge and wisdom. Milking a camel and
drinking its milk in a dream also means marriage to a pious and a chaste woman.
If one is already married, then it means that his wife will beget a blessed son.
If a poor person sees himself milking a cow and drinking its milk in a dream,
it means that he will earn enough money to satisfy his basic needs. Drinking
sheep’s milk, or goat’s milk in a dream means profits, happiness, comfort and
joy. Lioness milk in a dream also means money or conquering one’s enemy, or
justly opposing the ruler of the country. The milk of an eagle in a dream means
power and victory. Tiger’s milk in a dream means avowing one’s enmity toward
someone. Drinking the milk of a jackal or a wolf in a dream means paying a fine,
extreme fear, suffering losses, or lack of determination, or it could mean
presiding over people and skillfully defrauding them of their wealth. Drinking
swine’s milk in a dream means changes in one’s state, altering one’s mind and
focus. However, drinking a little of it in a dream may mean acquiring lawful
earnings, though drinking a lot of it in the dream could mean receiving unlawful
money. Drinking bitch’s milk in a dream means feebleness of mind, or senility,
or it could represent money earned from an unjust person, or it could mean
presiding over one’s local community, or becoming the governor of the town.
Drinking the milk of any beasts in a dream represents doubt about one’s
religion. Drinking zebra’s milk in a dream also means an illness. Drinking the
milk of a deer or a gazelle in a dream represents small earnings. The milk of
non-milk producing animals or birds in a dream means that one’s wish will
come true. The milk of predatory animals and stingers in a dream means
making peace with one’s enemy. Drinking snake’s milk in a dream means
performing a deed that is pleasing to God Almighty, rejoicing, or escaping from
a calamity. The milk of a fox in a dream denotes a passing illness which will
be followed by borrowing a small amount of money, or it could mean recovering
from an illness. Drinking donkey’s milk in a dream also represents an illness,
while drinking the milk of a she-ass in a dream means profits. Cat’s milk in a
dream represents an illness, experiencing life’s adversities, or it could denote
generosity. Seeing milk spilled on the ground in a dream means corruption,
tyranny and blood-shed on earth that will equal the amount of the spilled milk.
Sheep’s milk in a dream means honest earnings. Cow’s milk also means wealth.
A mule’s milk in a dream means financial straits, adversities and horror. The
milk of a sable in a dream means an illness or fear. Pouring milk into the drain
or wasting it in a dream means losing money, or it could mean longevity,
pregnancy, knowledge, or a scandal that will expose one’s private life. Curdled
milk in a dream means distress. Rabbit’s milk and horse’s milk in a dream
means having a righteous name, or giving a righteous name to one’s newborn.
Human milk in a dream represents a trust one should not waste or give to other
than its rightful owner. The milk of an unknown animal in a dream means
energy and strength for a sick person, release from prison, illegal seizure of

Allah
God Almighty, Lord, Creator and Cherisher of the universes. There is
nothing like unto Him and He is the All-Hearing, the Al-Seeing Lord. Seeing
Him in a dream can be interpreted according to one’s state of being. If one sees
Him in His glory and majesty, without descriptive designation, without ascrip¬
tion of human characteristics to Him and without depiction or portrayal in the
dream, it is an indication of glad tidings for both this world and the hereafter.These blessings also may continue to affect the lives of one’s progeny. If one sees
Him otherwise in a dream, it means confusion, and particularly if the Almighty
Lord does not address him. If an ailing person sees Him in a dream, it means
that he will soon die and come to meet Him. If a straying soul sees God Almighty
in a dream, it will find guidance. If an oppressed person sees Him, it means that
justice will prevail and he will triumph over his oppressors. Hearing God’s words
without designation represents the imagination of the person in the dream.
Perhaps hearing His words in a dream appeases one’s heart and increases the
person’s drive for success. Hearing God’s words without seeing Him represents
the rising of one’s station. If one receives revelations from behind a veil in a
dream, it means mental confusion and innovation. This is most true if a
messenger comes in one’s dream and describes the one who spoke as God. In this
case, the dream is a nightmare, because God Almighty cannot be depicted
according to human descriptions. If one sees a picture of God in his dream, it
means that he is a liar who ascribes images to God Almighty that do not befit
His Majesty and Glory. If one hears God Almighty talking to him directly and
if he can focus at Him in the dream, it means that he will be encompassed with
God’s mercy and blessings. If one sees God Almighty in a dream, it means that
he will look at His Divine countenance in the hereafter. Seeing God Almighty
seated on the Divine Throne in a dream means elevation of one’s rank,
knowledge and increase in his wealth. If one sees himself running away to hide
from God Almighty in a dream, it means that he will change the course of his
devotion into heedlessness. Seeing a veil separating between the servant and
his Lord in a dream means that one will commit major sins and abominable
actions. If one sees his Lord frowning at him, whereby he could not bear the
effulgence of God’s light, or if he is seized by a shock and immediately commences
to repent and pray for forgiveness in the dream, it means that such a person is
indulging in abominable actions, and that he is a despicable sinner who follows
his own mind and desires, and that he is an innovator of religious thoughts who
misleads the people. If one hears God Almighty talking to him in a dream, it
represents an admonition and a warning to abstain from sin. If one hears God
Almighty talking to him in a dream, it also means that one is more assiduous
in his recital of the Quran. If one hears God Almighty talking to him with words
he cannot understand, then if He anoints him and blesses him in the dream, it
means that God Almighty will bring him nigh unto Himself and exalt his station.
If one sees God Almighty in a form resembling one’s father, a brother or a
relative and showing His kindness or blessing him in a dream, it means that he
will be afflicted with a calamity and a major illness. If a righteous person sees
himself standing before God Almighty in reverence and filled with awe in a
dream, it means that mercy will encompass him and help him to further his
growth. The same interpretation applies if one sees himself prostrating before
Him. If God Almighty speaks to someone from behind a veil in a dream, it can
also represent a good worshipper, but if the Divine address takes place without
a veil in the dream, it means falling into sin. If God Almighty names someone
in his dream with his birth name, then adds another title to it, it means rising
in station and rank. If one sees God Almighty angry with him in a dream, it
means that his parents are displeased with him. This description includes
seeing oneself falling from the skies or from the top of a mountain. If a devoted
servant sees God Almighty kissing him in a dream, it applies to his growing
devotion and reward. Fearing God Almighty in a dream reflects eminence,
peacefulness, quiescence, wealth of being and disregard for material needs.
