suspicions, apprehension and doubt about one’s resources, or the lawfulness of
his earnings, the legitimacy of his children, or the religious legality of his
marriage. Drinking alcohol in a dream means losing a fight. Using drugs or
intoxicants in a contemptible way in a dream signifies apostasy, loss of honor,
negation of the truth, corruption of one’s wife, or it could mean profanity. This
is because the raw material and herbs used in the preparation of such drugs and
herbs are sacred in their intrinsic state. Once mixed and taken to induce

means loss of job or falling in rank. If one sees himself bald-headed in a dream,
it means that his superior will lose money in business to the authorities or by
a fire that will eat up his property. It also can be interpreted as becoming needy,
or if he is indebted, it means that he will pay off his loan. If one sees his hair
thinned until it reaches baldness in a dream, it means that he may lose his
wealth or perhaps it could mean losing face with the people. If one sees himself
sitting with a bald-headed woman in a dream, it means that he is engaging in
a project that is tainted with suspicion, or it could mean that he will become a
victim to temptation. Seeing a baldheaded woman in a dream also signifies
drought and scarcity. In a dream, baldheadedness also means money that is
received from one’s superior at work and requires tremendous efforts to earn.

prosperity, a beautiful wife, respectable people, class, servants, or properties.
If a poor person sees the floor of his house covered with marble in a dream, it
means prosperity, marriage, purchasing a business, acquiring knowledge,
learning a poem, bearing righteous children, or if he qualifies, it could mean
that he will receive a high ranking appointment, or that he may actually work
with marble, or in sculpturing marble or in manufacturing fountains from
marble, or work in masonry, or as a stone cutter, or he may change his attitude
toward things, signaling the end of depression and the start of a joyful time in
his life, living in high rises, or spending money for leisure and vacations. If one
sees gravestones made of marble, or if one sees marble pillars in a dream, it
means a good reward for one’s deeds, or it could mean eulogy, or lauding. An
architecturally sound edifice made from marble in a dream represents good
writing, skillfulness, dowry or a generous prenuptial agreement. If the marble
is used excessively in the dream, it means suspicion and doubt about one’s
resources or source of income. The marble bases of a pillar in a dream

and trouble caused by a chatterer or a backbiter. A scorpion in a dream also
means that one may be deceived by someone with a scorpion quality, and
particularly if he uses a short haircut around the ears in the dream. A scorpion
in a dream also represents a backbiter and an enemy from within one’s family.
If one catches a scorpion inside his own house and throws it at his wife in the
dream, it means that he engages with a loathsome and a forbidden sexual
relationship with her from the anus. If a scorpion attacks people in a dream, the
scorpion there represents a homosexual. A yellow scorpion in a dream repre¬
sents a fierce enemy, though he would have more patience in getting at his prey.
A yellow scorpion in a dream also means incoming money. Killing a yellow
scorpion in a dream means making a good investment that will show profits. The
sting of a scorpion in a dream represents the benefits one will receives and they
will not remain long in one’s possession. If scorpions pierce through the walls
of one’s house in a dream, it means the death of one’s enemy. A scorpion in one’s
pants in a dream represents an enemy who blackmail or takes advantage of one’s
wife. Eating a cooked or a broiled scorpion in a dream means making money
behind the back of one’s enemy, or winning a just inheritance case against one’s
opponent. Eating an uncooked scorpion in a dream means backbiting a corrupt
person. Eating a scorpion uncooked in a dream also means getting unlawful
money. A scorpion coming out of one’s anus in a dream means begetting children
who will turn enemies of their father. Swallowing a scorpion in a dream means

dream represents trouble and distress regarding one’s livelihood. A scorpion

early stage of a temporary anxiety, depression or stress. Such condition is less
serious when glass is seen collected as broken chips in a container in a dream.
Seeing through glass in a dream means uncovering something that is hidden.
In a dream, all glassware, stained glass, engraved glass, or decorative glass of
green, red or yellowish color represent a suspicious person, money earned from
a suspicious source or suspicion about one’s wife, or even suspicion about one’s
true children, or it could mean eavesdropping, affectation or hypocrisy. In a
dream, any glass by-products represent people of knowledge, scholars, gnostics,
sages or people of wisdom. Buying a glittering glass ornament, or a house made
of mother of pearl in a dream means choosing the pleasures of this world over
the everlasting joy of the hereafter, or it could mean disdaining to obey God’s
commands, or it could mean becoming an apostate. A drinking glass cup in a
dream represents a woman. Receiving a glass of water in a dream means that
one's wife is pregnant. An unknown kind of glass cup or a roughly cut drinking
glass of water in a dream means that there is a fetus in the mother’s womb. If
the glass of water breaks and the water remains in the dream, it means that the
mother may die after giving birth and the infant will survive. If the water spills
and the glass remains intact in the dream, it means that the fetus may die and
the mother will survive. The breaking of a glass in a dream also denotes the
death of the one who is serving it. If a sick person is given a glass of wine, or
water, or a bitter apple drink, or a laxative in a dream such a drink represents

wealth which is accumulated from a business partnership, or from a successful
business. As for a pious person, honey in a dream represents the delight of his
religious life and good deeds, while for profane and worldly people, it means
little earnings which are acquired through toiling and hardships. If one sees the
skies raining honey in a dream, it means confirmation of the social order,
fostering proper moral standards, easiness, religious assiduity, blessings and
plenitude. Honey in a dream also could represent a husband and a wife, or their
private moment, taking a rest, or engaging in a marital relationship. However,
honey in a dream also means distress, trouble, bad-temper, jealousy, or worrying
about people’s perfidy, for honey also attracts flies and wasps. Purified honey
in a dream means relief after suffering from a depression, or recovering from a
nervous breakdown, or giving birth to a child after completing a full pregnancy,
or it could mean marrying a woman after she had observed her Iddah of either
the passing of her husband or divorce ( See Iddah), or it could represent clean
money, or earnings which are purified through paying the due alms and
charities, or it could mean knowledge that is free from innovation, doubt or
suspicion, or a final guidance after which there is no heedlessness. Purified

Butcher
A butcher in a dream represents the angel of death. Taking a knife from
a butcher in a dream means falling sick, then recovering from one’s illness to
become strong and healthy again. In a dream, a butcher also represents a man
who causes destruction or evil, and particularly if he is seen holding his cutting
knife, or if he is wearing a white uniform stained with blood. If one sees himself
as a butcher wearing clean cloths, it represents longevity. A good looking
butcher in a dream represents a prosperous culmination of one’s life, or
changing one’s trade. If someone looks at him with despise or in the wrong way
in the dream, it means that something isunlawful in what he sells. If the butcher
is a man in the dream, he then represents the angel of death. Whatever place
he appears in will bear the consequences. A butcher in a dream also represents
an unjust person. In a dream, if one sees a butcher who specializes in selling
animal heads, he represents a guardian of people’s estates, or a treasurer of a
company, he also could represent adversities or death. If the animals’ heads
cannot be identified in the dream, and if they still have their skin, hair, and are
dripping blood in the dream, then it means the disappearance of the people of
knowledge and that knowledge will become selectively disseminated by political
leaders. Cattles’ heads here represent people in danger. Buying an animal’s
head from a butcher in a dream means asking one’s superior for a teacher for
a special training, a coach, a continuing education program, or a better job. If
a butcher slaughters an animal for fun in a dream, it means suspicion about
one’s spiritual standing. Walking in a butchers market in a dream means
adversities, sufferings, a quick death for sick people, loss of wealth for rich
people, or the fear of people who are under oppression, or the scare of a person
in debt concerning his family or property, or the fears of a person awaiting a
court judgment. It is also said that a butcher in a dream represents tyranny and
bloodshed. If a prisoner sees a butcher in his dream, it means that he will soon
be released fromjail. Seeing a butcher in a dream also signifies safety, dispelling
fears, protection, silence, vanquishing one’s enemy, or it could mean meeting
